The purpose for this 2 day training (8:30-3:30) is to prepare participants for the TExES ESL supplemental certification state examination. The components covered are Lang. Acquisition, multicultural awareness, ESL strategies, Bilingual/ESL law; as well as test taking skills.
Learning two systems of language processing requires a new understanding for how the brain manages multiple language systems. Dual Language Teachers will explore Mathematics resources to maximize student growth in independent & collaborative language stations.
